It's impossible to find a decent game in Oceania, there was some stacked teams and/or baserape from memory. He's also relatively low level, and keeping in mind that low levels are terrible, =Easy kills.

Even dual SR SGing, I highly doubt it would be possible to get up to 30x more bullets hit than kills. I've seen shotgun stats a fair amount, I've also dual SR SGed a bit myself and I haven't come across any stats like that of my own or on others who have dual SR SGed and I know to have not statpadded.
