This is gonna sound mean but, With all the QQ about hackers I'm still getting back at them.
And seeing as how EA has a problem with dealing with them. Like the absurd rule about "No naming and shaming".
The easy steps to taking care of it our selves .

1) I join random servers get aimbotted by some no skill fool.
2) call them out on it and get them talking trash." they always seem to want to add YOU to the friends list.
3) Make sure to hunt them and get them back, no matter how many times they kill you. play a round or 2.
4) finish the game DO NOT RQ.
5) leave server and join a GGC. server. (The idiot will surely follow you).
6) GGC game BAN. then smile big!

Well according to the OP's steps, you can permanently ban them off of any GGC supported servers and play hack free .

Getting shot across the map with 5X stealth. over and over? you can pretty much assume they are hacking.
