it depends of your play style, if you wanna kill at shorter range with a sniper rifle and skilled, buy sv-98, but if you wanna stay at long range, and get enemies slower but hit better, buy M95, you can also get enemies at LR with sv-98.
it's you're choice, we can't compare both.
