VLR Pistol + Super Knife Setup.

I'd go for mt, so you can check you targets health, if he's low there's no need for elixir. you can kill him with one stab.

Some basic knowledge:
Elixir is you combat ability, NOT you travel ability (but you can use it to get the vehicle first)

When on fire, elixir (the little shield ya know)

NEVER attack from the front.

Use your pistol a lot! If your aim is good enough, you can hunt down gunners who are at mid-range.

of course this aint everything, but read a guide I'd say

^Is the basic strategy as well.

With the emphasis on USE YOUR ELIXIR PROPERLY. High level elixir is AMAZINGLY powerful. (It removes the slow from keg... so should you OPEN the fight with elixir on?)

Second, USE YOUR PISTOL PROPERLY. Do not try and rely on your knife all the time.

EXAMPLES: You stab a soldier, then he uses BS. You have two options....
A. Chase him around knifing the air.
B. Pull out your pistol and shoot him.

If you went with A. You're usually doing it wrong.

Knife a gunner, and then he pops leg it.
A. Chase him around knifing the air.
B. Pull out your pistol and shoot him.

Guess which one is usually the smarter move? (Pro-tip, charging a gunner who can SEE you... usually a bad idea. Retreating behind your TT while pistoling? Good idea.)

A sniper starts shooting at your teamate.
A. slowly sneak to the position you last saw him so you can knife.
B. Pull out your pistol and shoot him.


Guess what?
Most of the time you should do B.
