[BUG] XP Boost Not Giving Full XP

OK, so Ive been playing with the new XP boosts lately and Ive noticed that they are not turning in the full stated amount of bonus xp.

The formula for all 3 XP boosts looks like this:

(50% + 100% + 150% = 300%)

SO XP should be awarded as thus:

(x = earned XP)

X + 3X = 4X

The problem is I seem to be getting something more like this:

X + (3x -10%) = >4x

As I play through out the day/night I will cap some closing round screen shots to illustrate what I am talking about.

SUMMARY: One or all of the XP boosts is NOT giving the full stated amount of bonus XP. This is a simple complaint of "not getting what I paid for", however MINOR it may be.
