My hero is bugged

My soldier is bugged very bad. It's level 42 and got too many hero points. I can't join servers and I'm scared that if someone in Battlefield Heroes staff thinks that I have hacked it and bans me. So please Battlefield Heroes staff fix my hero. Hero name is: EpicJohn123
