srry but i have bad pc so even on a high quality i get bad screenies can you work with it???? with lasso tool i always come very far hope you still can do it

i have question with a shape like the siggy of darmhofer the beneeth side of mug is gone but the upper side is still there how do you do that

You can just erase it?
My english is not good enough so I could answer this question properly..
