Thanks for those great tips! By the way, I've noticed that it seems kinda random when colliding with something if you crash or not. I flwe directly into a wall of the shipwreck in BB and took minor damage and when I tried it later I blew up. Any thoughts on this?

i kinda use the stuff he said, but i didnt read his post i came up with it exactly the first time i started the game,it feels like bf2 but the bad part is the keyboard will get lock ups when holding down to many buttons

That depends on your hardware/PC settings, not on the game

Och yes i love my G5 with her +/- buttons for sensitivity highest for Tank/plane middle for sniping.

I'm a ok plane flier, and I tried using the up, down, left right keys and it just didn't work for me. The problem is that the controls are a little to sinsitive (which i guess you can change anyway) and it's harder to Yaw. Not that you need to Yaw that much, but it's useful when your trying to land on the Buccaneer Bay cliffs to snipe.

tips to get planes off your tail
-very important to use face camera so u can see were the other plane is at.
-dont keep a total straigh path, do anything u can to be a hard target to track.
-use trees or other obstacles as way to confuse ur enemy
-bank left or right (roll, using the arrow keys or mouse) and at the same time pitch up, meaning u arrow down key (as if u were climbing). this will cause a tighter turn. u can also make the turn tighter by pressing S, u will decelarate but this will help lose ur enemy. quickly accelerate again and bank/roll back to stable.
-roll to the point everything is upside down, and keep filying straight. quickly press the up arrow(as if u were going to dive), which will actually cause u to go up and do a half loop. when u finish this half loop u will have height advantage, making this a good trick for taking a second fly by on a tank or land target.

plane missions are the hardest of all followed by tank cuz everbody BAILS I HATE BAILERS THYE SUCK BAILERS SUCK BOO BAILER I HATE BAILERS GRRRR a natural thing to all pilots if you have the pilot sense you will most likely roll left or break off left rather than right if you are left or right handed its just a thing we humans cant control try it get infront and break of left rather then right and somebody is going say no your wrong i went right and i will reply you only went and played to prove me wrong but you are wrong

A clean kill doesnt allow time for bailers though!

Your comment on turning left is true. but for the sake of other people trying to interpret that comment could you please put in some periods? It's a long run on sentance without a period at the end. Bailing is also a natural reflex, but if you're feeling suicidally desperate about the plane missions soften up the enemy plane with some shooting then kamikaze into them, sometimes resulting in deaths for both of you, and sometimes you will survive. Survival depends on the amount of health that they have left.

I wish there was a way to lock your target in the plane. What I mean is that your view should follow your target (ie the other plane) when manuvering midair. If you are flying in a dog fight your head and eyes dont stare straight ahead all the time. There should at least be a way to look around while in flight rather than just using the camera view!

Suddenly I get the feeling that you've been playing something like battlestaions pacific. HOwever, I do agree that you should be able to change the camera view, but the guns are mounted in place on your plane. In other news I have a great new strategy when someone is on your tail: MIDAIR BRAKING! simply stop accelerating and keep pressing up to have your nose straight instead of pointing down. When you want to accelerate again just press W and off you go. I tried this in a dogfight and the other guy just flew over me and crashed into a tree.

I got my first double wingclip last night on BB! 2 National snipers standing side by side on top of one of the cliffs. They never saw it comming! I was so pumped.

P.S. Please make wingclips count towards plane kills!

I was about to get my couble wingclip today (Could have been triple, idk). Too bad, the other team had so few tickets, that the game ended when I hit the first guy

Also, I'm really tired of wingclips not counting. >

I figured out a way to do a loop without going far up or down, the plane is basically tumbeling through the air nose over tail while still going forewards! Stop accelerating and do a loop as usual once the plane has slowed down a bit. As soon as you finish accelerate, I suggest trying this at a high altitude to start. This is way more fun with passengers!
