Can't get passed the choose hero part

When I press "play now" the game loads, but when I select a hero and press on the arrow nothing happens for a very long time...


But when I typed this it finally loaded

Try turning off other things that use the net to function.

Edit: this section is for game bugs, which in your case isn't a game bug, you should be posting in the Technical Support section, but as the issue has been sorted there's no point now
