There i stopped the autokick for Ping cause i think the admin shouldn't spam so much ....

This is not something a company is entitled to do towards a paying coustomer.
The law clerary states that if a paying coustomer uses the product, (in this case a rented server) the coustomer has the right to do within legal and in no way offensive purposses pretty much anything, and if the product the coustomer is using has been alterd, then the legal bound contract between user and company cease to exist.
Now, if EA/Dice had in someway disclosed what the latest uppdate would contained then the users ould have had the option to talk/write a fully and legal complaint, in this case EA/Dice did it without knowlege and there for "got in a bit of a situation"!!

Users only "right" in this matter is to demand the money back and or close the servers pending the outcome.

Hope EA/Dice does the right thing here and goes out with a formal letter explaining their actions and does something to justify the issue at hand.
