What stores can you find the wallie card, and also, I live in canada so can these options effect me?

you've to press wallie-card. If you can't see this option I'm afraid it isn't available in your country or it doesn't show up the option.They said there were issues that some people coulnd't see the options even if they were available in their country I thought they were solved. It could be possible aswell that you haven't given the correct account details when you made it and lied about the country you live in. You should go to the ea site and edit your details if they aren't correct.

well falcon you first need to be sure you're able to buy it somewhere in canada if that isn't possible EA isn't able to do something at it.

I'm sorry falconpower I've no Idea but I always thought master and visa cards can only be bought in a Bank.If this cards are like the visa and master-cards from banks. It should be possible.

that should be possible yes.Lets say yuo've topay in dollars I think the system just converte your currency to the dollar. But I would have no Idea if it gets converted to dollars or euros.

I don't really know what that problem is about but it seems many people are having the same problem as you have the only thing I could reccomend you to do is contacting Paymo support.

Problem is: i can receive the message what says: Paymo: Reply PAYMO to this message to confirm you wish to proceed with your purchase from Electronic Arts. total cost: EUR 2.00
and when i send message that says PAYMO to that number it says: Couldnt find service. Check that abbreviated number and search key is right.

So someone please do something about it.

if they charged you any money I would recommend you to contact paymo support and tell them about your problem.

Many people seem to have this issue if they've charged you anything yet contact paymo support on their website.

there you select "request support" now tell them about your problem.
I'll hope they'll help you out.
