Last Night I got 2 mails from EA.com Customer Relations. These are obviously in response to 2 reports I made in July using the report player button. In both mails there is a paragraph beginning with

Petition history: On 07-10-2009 you asked BFHeroes support:

Quite a delay. Has anyone else received such mails today? Is EA actually starting to take measures against cheaters? I mean, effective measures, not just banning the account. Or is this yet another incarnation of soon?

I too received two emails last night from reports I made back in July, which is over two months ago.
Though I sincerely doubt any pertinent measures have been taken against the offenders that were reported.

1 was a red ninja attack
1 was a certain higher ranked person admitting statpadding Big Grin

Over 1 or 2 months late though lol Undecided
