Error 1002 and other problems

I've got the same problem with error 1002

And all my heroes are deleted!!! WHY???

jup same prob here. something is very fishy today..and i blame the royals

When i click to the button called "More" on the top of the website i can click on a button called create your first heroe and all my others are away..... =((

Yup, now I've got the same problem as Vosag.
25 login requests on one login. Great.
Starts the game, error 1002.

Started after maintenance.
Ain't it kinda failed that maintenances adds more bugs than they remove?

Same here.. I tried to login a thousand times... and finaly i logged in. But now i get the error 1002

Updating: now I managed to log in to the game, but it takes me to the create-a-hero screen, but on my profile i have both my characters.

More maintenance then.
DICE really get to work hard for the money they earn.

No one has lost their heros. No point creating new ones. They come back.

I can login till i get to the sceen wher you choose youre hero.. then i choose 1 and it says unable to connect (1009)

My my, seems everyone is levelling up their troll skills today. It looks like maintenance has opened up a different can of worms. According to Murphy's Law; as soon as one problem is resolved another turns up that is bigger and takes longer to resolve.

Just bare with it guys, but I wouldn't hold my breath, I'm expecting the game to be down for about a week now.
