Is it possible to get a refund on an XP boost I purchased a few days ago?

Here's why.. Yesterday, out of nowhere, the hero with the recently purchased xp boost started acting up. I can no longer join any games and no one affiliated with BFH or EA is willing to help. How is that one of all 7 of my heroes cannot join a server, any server. This is just another classic BFH screw up that won't get fixed. Therefore, I believe I deserve a refund since I cannot even play with my hero and use that XP, I have 4 days left a 7 day XP boost. Two days of the 3 used up I was not able to play because of the "Connection with the server was lost (3)." error, yet any other hero of mine works fine.

Billing Support hasn't responded. I've PMed VitalBullet for help on the issue, and he never bothered responding. Very few responded to my original thread asking for a fix/help. Should at least get a refund whether or not I can ever play with my bugged up hero.

if you can conact them you will get a refund, but first you have to contact them....not very easy.

Well seeing u thinks its a xp boost problem and u bough it...yes u have to contact billing And wait..
Even tho this is the first time in 4 years I have ever heard or read anything about this on these forums..
And you need to read the fine print when you buy funds or anything in BETA games.

Well seeing as i've never had to ask for a refund or an extension on an xp boost, I was just wondering if they would actually be kind enough and understand. That's all. I understand it's a beta game, but i also know it wouldn't be fair to not let people get what they pay for..
