i buy a hero slot today and i dont get it im not able to create a hero
what should i do?
I already sent an email to the billing support.
any other advise?

You should provide them with a screenshot of your purchase history as proof, and be patient it usually takes them 24 hrs or less/so to reply.

ask them to log in to your account and buy an hero slot for you and then put the funds back on your account. they did that for me so... well i wish you the best of luck!
