When I log onto my other account it gives me a weird page and no matter what I click nothing happens.Have tried it on 5 different computers and still the same but other accounts works fine.Here is the page I get stuck on http://imageshack.us/f/521/22222ig.png .Has been over 2 months and they still have not done anything but tell me stupid crap that I did before I even made a case yet they keep closing the case.All they have to do is manually log into my account and they would get the same page and stop telling me to do the same basic stupid stuff every games tells you over and over when something is broke.That is an old image now instead of the moon man it is a bfh char sitting on tricycle with a grenade launcher.No idea what else I can do but I do not trust EA enough to let them have access to my desktop through their app.

Account broke waited 2 weeks after trying all the common stuff to fix it myself then I made a case on this account because I could not do it with other and that was on 4-18-12.
5 days later I get this "Please try log in your account and you will be able to purchase funds" when problem was not even for this account or about funds.I clearly gave my other account name and said it was the one that was broke. 4-25-12 I went to ea site and made a case with the broke account and got message of common stuff I already did and case closed. Made a new case on 4-29-12 by talking to a person who kept pausing to tell me common stuff like he needed to search to find info he was telling me which was all the same stuff I got last case, so to move it along faster I told him everything I already tried and then of course he told me can I hold for a little while.When he came back he gave me a link for an app so he can have access to my desktop which of course I said no and that was pretty much the end of that but case never closed and is still open. Waited til around july 5 or so nothing changed still,made a new case by talking to a new person, told him all the same stuff and he said he will get someone higher up to take care of it. 7-13-12 I get messaged this "Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts. I wanted to let you know that we are currently investigating the issue you are experiencing. I will let you know of any fixes as soon as possible. 7-16-12 I get this message "If you still need our help, please login and review the details of case (number). We want you to get the most out of your EA games, so don't hesitate to contact us. If you decide not to respond, your case will automatically close in four days." Which to me seems like they pretty much consider it done and if I need any other help msg them or the case will close in 4 days. |

1. Did you use Billing Support when you submitted your ticket?

It should have been included in the subject line of the email message sent to you when you contacted Billing Support. Post the incident number that you received from Billing Support here, and I can report it so that a Blue may look into this for you. S |

Only way any of us will get are account fixed is if 100 other people complain that are accounts are broke with us and make a lot of threads and cases which is not going to happen, so we are screwed. My account broke around April 6 and nothing has been done at all but when 50+ people get the same problem as me they get a fix in 1 week, that should pretty much tell you how screwed you are when your account was broke not that long ago.

wow amazing speed on fixing my account! only took like 220days but now I got all my super weapons back...w wait they are now crap and I wasted so much money on them.Thanks I will always pay for EA games....w wait no I won't.
