Ok, so you actually are saying that all players who can't play this game because there is something wrong with the installation.exe is DUMB, then you should really consider to learn how the computer works !
It's not the players fault that the program is not working.
If a program is not working, then it's the programmers fault, not the people using it.


But you obviously can't agree to that.
You are just interested in calling everbody dumb

Like I said, to shoot down your argument flawlessly:

I never called anyone dumb, plus if someone wants to play BFH in the meanwhile while firefox is currently not working, you can follow xPaRaNoIAx's suggestion and try playing on Chrome or IE9 (lol, IE9). Also, we have no confirmation that it is solely BFH that is the problem. Maybe Firefox has lost the function in order to be compatible with BFH and the team has yet to find a fix.

You need to learn to focus on fighting someone with yours words without trying to break down them down emotionally, some might find this as an attempt at hostility.

I was actually going to write out a good novel about how many technical aspects there are to consider when "fixing things" and getting it to work for everyone but it's 2am here, I'm tired and to be honest accusing the people that created the game of "sabotaging" their own event is pretty low and very rude...that ticks me off, so I'm not going to play mr. nice guy

Now I can understand why you are annoyed but this isn't the way to get it fixed is it?

Majority of technical issues are client side, either due to wrong configuration or something that might be blocking the game...most people don't seem to be having the issue you are referring to otherwise the bugs section, the technical support section, the players helping players section and the general chat section would be plagued with the issue.

However the way to get an issue resolved whether it is an issue on Easy's side or your side is to be polite...hit the Technical Support section and follow the possible known fixes, if they don't work then post a topic explaining in detail what your issue is.

If you think it is a bug, which by the way most topics that people post in there are all technical issues and not actual bugs but either way, if it is bug then post in the bugs section and explain in detail so the team can investigate the issue.

It's that simple...but accusing people of sabotaging their own event will not win you any friends or get anything fixed or looked at.
