Problem with Treasure Key

Same prroblem here 2. Bought another key and same thing happened. Nothing in Inventry either. Cmon BFH what do we do?

I bought few keys but 2 first keys i bought for 999 funds,few hours later i bought few keys more for 499 funds...,i want back my 1000 funds for this 2 first keys which i bought for 999 funds.

I also had my 2 keys and treasure chests disappear. I checked my inventory, and I did not get anything.

Same thing happened to me!

The same thing has happened to me twice! I used the key to open the chest and then i got a little window with a man running in it for a few minutes before my internet froze and I had to close it and restart it. I come back in, and no item! I used both of my keys today and got nothing cuz the window froze on me!

Did anyone contact billing and get helped properly? I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone who actually understands what's going on here and I fear my funds are gone forever :/

I contacted them for the key I bought and which did nothing (but dissapear together with the chest), but I haven't heard anything yet...

Someone needs to figure this out. I logged in today and checked every single category in the "My Stuff" and I still haven't gotten anything on either of my toons...I have 10 chests total and I am not spending real money buying keys if they are going to freeze and give me nothing... >_<
