Hey guys have you tried this game yet? They're just updating to the new build which make the game fully free to play(not like bfh). It's a great game, i hope you all give it a shot!

well champ mode is very similar to the older aoe's, the pve part has some new features, like involving Gear/advisors into quests/campaign.

compared to the other aoe's each civ is unique, in all older aoe's every civ was based on a base civ, and some civs gained a little advantage here and there for diversity.

in aoeo every civ is unique, making it harder to balance, but with this new build i feel it's gonna be really balanced.


Lots have changed since u guys last tried it, i hope you will give it another shot. It's really a great game.

What does the new update exactly include?

you now earn the currency to buy all civilisations/boosters/other content by just playing.
also they revised the tech tree's and added the alliance feature.

I tried the game but i didn't like it that much. The original age of empires are better.

i definately recommend giving it another shot, they updated a lot
actually champion mode pvp is like original age of empires. only civ's are more unique
