Im sure this may have been brought up before...I used the search and it failed me to find a topic on this subject. My question is..Do they know that the supply drops will issue a lvl 30 character a XP boost that does nothing for a lvl 30 character? Can any thing be done about this? Such as someone like myself that just paid over 600 funds for a useless XP boost that my lvl 30 royal soldier just got? If so where can one put in a note to they proper authorities in fixing this or possible refund? Thank you for any reply.

Ye happens many times
 People with level 30's end up getting xp boost in drops. All you can do is to sent support and email and describe your situation. I am sure you will get a refund  !

Siema mam nowy komputer z windows 7 i nie moge urchomić gry.Gdy wciskam play now to otwiera się okno ze sprawdzeniem instalacji,pojawia się duże okno i nagle znika i nic się nie dzieje. Pomóżcie PROSZĘ !!

Sure, the boost won't help you gain any more levels or abilities, but it still helps your stats. I don't think anything needs to be fixed with the supply drops. That's the risk you take when you buy drops, keys, or claws for level 30 heroes. |
