10 levels removed from my hero

Can you please explain what happened? This hero was level 30. Then, for some reason it went to level 31 and in one of the latest patches you gave me level 20? Fair enough I thought it was only visual bug like it happened before.. Now I reskilled my hero and lost all the hero points I had for level 30. I'm only level 20 again. Do you really think a hero with 14k kills is lv 20?

Can someone please explain who should I talk to about this? Or can you please forward this issue to the proper department?

thats weird o.O , i remember having a bug similar to this but instead i just skipped 1 level on my royal mando

I skiped level 28 on my soldier and I wanted to level him up till 30 without any aid of xp boosts now I have to start all over againD:

That's really odd.... I believe you were level 30 because you have over 3mil pts which seems highly unlikely for a level 20. Good luck :\

You could try to PM a blue and hope that they respond, if that doesn't work PM a mod and see if they would be helpful to do the same.

pming a blue is prolly the best thing you can do now
