We are aware of the issue currently effecting Black Jack Bill's Gloves. Currently you need to be level 5 to use this item, even though you are still able to purchase it. However, fear not, as we are looking into this issue and hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.

We will aim to remove this level restriction but for the time being it your item will still be ready and waiting for you when you reach level 5.
