My friend told me about Battlefield Heroes in school, and we decided to go to his place.
After school we went to his house and we created an account for me ( He already had one TankerTHOGO)
So first I wanted my acc. Name to be: NordicGuy, but the name was taken or something.
I tried several names, until my friend got annoyed and wrote a random acc. Name for me.

At school we had learned about Abraham Lincoln, therefore he wrote in caps: APELINCOLN.

He said that the acc. name didn't matter. (yeah, he was a scumbag friend)

After some months I wanted to change my name, but at that point I had gotten used to my love able name:

APELINCOLN.

Heroes is a bit of an overkill, but there are some great community members that did lots of stuff for the forums. First and foremost of course the Community Moderators, but also people like Dredned, Loco, Acetonium, Techs, Crisco, Kobahr and VanderleiSilva who in their own way contributed to make these forums a better place.

I agree with Notyou. It was also the same thought i had in mind when I read his post, I was like *confused face* "what?". I only remember APE too for his simple generic "LOL" or meme stuff fro, previous posts.
