Those pictures are located in the "Documents\Battlefield Heroes\HttpCache\HotDeals" folder. Try re-installing the game.

Also players can't find answers while searching if your thread subject is titled like that, members can help you faster if they can see you have a problem they may be familiar with. You are welcome to post again, providing you follow the guidelines.
