The second for sure but I would change the t-shirt to something colorfull instead of changing the pants.

Tattoos on first one dont go well with skin color. Get a light colored shirt to add some contrast. And are you a hobbit? Wear shoes goddammit. -.-

Second one has to many color mismatches, go for 2 main colors and try to stay in shades of those. Also, shoes goddamit.
