hacker on BH

Hello i apologize for my very bad english (i'am french)
but today a player named zq.... (i don't remember all the letters but i didn't make sense it was just random letters i think) haked the game i didn't really understant who and what he did but he could head shot us very easly from a very long distance he did for example 24 kills and he died 2 times and he is not very good, if you are near him it is very easy to kill him.
help please
