I do not know what country you are in, but in mine,
it is possible to convert your phone credits into battlefunds using BOKU-SMS, wich you can obviously find by payment methods. Another option is to login at Electronic Arts (https://www.ea.com/profile/login) And see if the country that's filled in there is the right one. you must click on get battlefounds and than you ckick on earn battlefounds than opening sponsorpay

lol no surveys in my country my country is Tunisia and we can't get battlefunds
(what is sponsor pay system?) and we can't have a payment card in Tunisia |

If your country don't handle paypal you can't use Sponsorpay.
