Serious Plane Guide! New, funnier second sentence. Still has video.

the plane manuvering in this game is kind of unreal, no offense though. You can't do a real good turn (with normal controls), you can't use any other types of planes, and the manuvers that the planes do are just unreal. And I shud know I flew real airplanes, I flew on the Spitfire IV, (it's kinda like the plane you use in the game) and its more different.

And if ur wondering, I'm not old. Im 24 yrs old

ALRIGHTY im almost positive the awesome as tutorial dude said, "Constructive comments only" (or something like that), can't you just leave him be and take your stupid little "im so jealous im not smart enough to make a good tutorial like that" comments to another section of the forum and blab about how someone else is doing something wrong for the one reason that you cant do what they can. im sorry there are people like you out there.....

For me, flying was too easy in BFH. But since this game isn't like any other Battlefield game, it should be. My flying technique is Hit and Run. Just fire at the enemy and fly away heading towards rocks and cliffs for cover. (Seaside Skirmish tip) When flying, head towards and fly below the cliffs to be below the enemy and everyone else. Then pop up behind the enemy and take out the annoying enemy pilots and other enemies. (It catches them off guard and annoys them.) Hopefully this will help you in your next dogfight and battle.

I love this guide, but i just cant get used to NOT flying with the mouse. Using the mouse it just feels so smooth, but with the arrow keys it...just feels weird. BUT it is MUCH easier to do "tricks" with them.

Another "tip" lol : Planes can drag people on parachutes along for quite a distance (half the map really) if you bail before the plane hit the parachute (somewhere near the bottom of it)

a really neat and useful guide. i am like a pro at fliyig, even befoer BF:H. i was a pro since BF:1942 . ALOT of people can benifit from this. and tips to guys who complain:

Nicce idea, I sometimes say something like this when I take off with passengers "Ok, I will be your pilot today on Sn3per airlines. Please tell me your preferred destination in teamchat as soon as possible. Thanks, and enjoy the flight." It normally works well. If they are silent I take them over all of the flags and then if they still havent bailed I just go do my own thing. Or I get annoyed and crash my plane into the lighthouse, but that almost never happens.

it shouldnt be that hard:
Buttons for nose up down & ROLL left / right should be one set. (if righthanded-righthand)

Buttons for speedup-Slowdown & rudder left / right should be the other (if righthanded-lefthand)

Then just figure out the best button you can use to instinctively fire.
Like Space, Shift, Capslock (left) or numpad0, Mousebutton(right)

Because I'm so Arrogant I can't help but feel the need to point out that I know what I am talking about...

With over 20 Hours spent in a plane and over 1100 kills you would think I could write a proper Plane Guide. Truth is, that is my Guide up there.
