play as a soldier and you will lvl up fast ...

As a Soldier: Heal lots of team mates with your Combat Medicine. You get points for healing them.
As a Gunner: Use Hero Shield to get 5 points for ever Team mate healed and the Keg+RPG to score lots of Points.
As a Commando: Capture lots of Flags, use Mark Target to get atleast 10 then an extra 2 points for each bullet hitting the enemy.

Got some more, but they're rather obvious like shooting people.

you forgot as a soldier use burning bullets to do more damages overtime^^

I'd rather be pwned by someone with Combat Medicine 5 than someone putting 5 points into Burning Bullets at level 12.
