hi all i used to play battlefield heroes a lot and i was a fan for one ....
but then i accidentally uninstalled the game and now when i press game start to re-download it....it sais An error occurred:Failed to write registry value:Installation Dir

Please use search before making a thread. There are tons of threads like this.

Right click on your browser icon. Then press 'Run as Administrator'. Try again.

If you are running Vista or 7, you need to install the game with a web browser that has administrative privileges.
- Log out and close all of your current browser windows.
- Open a new one by right clicking on your browsers icon, and then choose Run As-> Administrator.
If you use windows vista/seven please close your browser and next right click on your browser icon and choose > RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.

well when i press run as adminastrador or something i play the game and same error
