Can't play !

Hello,

Me my computer says "you must be a character." I'm done then I install a game, .. Reached the end of the load I want more to make me a character. I does, and then he does not want to start the game

I just refresh the page "Play" (with explanations of how to do) but still nothing.

Nothing happens and it does not ask me to accept or anything.

If you can help me it would be nice.
