For all future applicants, keep in mind that we don't give a darn about your kdr or elo. There's a lot of things that we take into account when reviewing a potential recruit.

To put things into perspective, we expect you to be able to read the first post in this thread since most questions are answered there. Second, you can check our roster on our group page. Many clan members have "low level" characters that are higher level than most recruits coming in. You have to be able to offer new talent to our roster.

If you're hoping to lend a commando to the clan, he ought to be level 30+ with stats (FLAG CAPS!) that match, or are better than the commandos we currently have.

If you're hoping to lend a gunner or soldier (both factions, definitely), he ought to be 24+. In spite of the requirements stated on the first page we're at that point where our "throw away" characters have higher levels than applicants.

Finally, we're adamant about the age restriction.

Just to follow-up on what Eisen so eloquently stated <grin>,

It's important to get to know people before we can include them in the group. So, if you meet all the requirements, which includes using Ventrilo and owning headphones, then, it's imperative that you join us on Vent so the team can get to know you, and your personality.
