Tip : When a gunner uses leg it or a soldier uses BS you don't always have to run closer if you got 1-2 good stabs in you can use elixer to make MORE distance between you and the soldier/gunner and then finish him off with your long range pistol.

This guide is great.

Two small tips about TT use:
When you know where your enemy is, circle around them and throw a TT towards their back from behind. Most players won't notice until the TT goes off.

When you jump before placing a TT, you can put them higher on walls, so they aren't set off accidentally (e.g. by enemy explosives) so easily. You can hide them in unexpected places, like right on a tree near a flag.


Also, putting TTs near the same spot all the time makes people avoid that spot. You have to spam TT though to archieve that effect, so it's not really a tip.
