Got the same problem. Not bought anything for ages and tried different levels so anyone still thinking that's the issue, I'm pretty sure it's irrelevant. Worked fine this morning. And yeah as said, the website is acting up too, getting blank pages, error messages and internal server messages. None of my bookmarked servers are online either (admittedly that's only 3). What's going on?

Now it won't even get passed the character selection menu. Just boots me out with a 1009 error.

Seems to be getting worse by the minute. Now instead of failing to get passed the character select menu, it just boots me out whilst trying to log me in, giving me the 1002 message.

i got a can not find the EULA error when that window that checks the installation was running and it just stopped :o
