i turn on battlefield hero then it show a animate screen after that it just turn off the picture look like this please help thank you

If you have Vista or XP then you may need to download Microsoft .net Framework 3.5SP1
link--> http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/detai...laylang=en Restart your computer and try again.
