Can't buy funds after the new game update! Error: NU2001

Hi guys, I needed your suggestions regarding this problem. I have bought significant funds from my account, but after the most recent game update on 03/21, I tried buying funds but to my horror, it showed this error,

"An error occurred while processing your request. If you canceled your purchase at the third party payment website, this error is expected. Code: NU2001."

I tried buying the funds from my other account also which has the same card information saved. There also I got the same error.
So I'll be really grateful if someone can tell me what to do regarding this issue.

hey i had that problem... but somehow when i sent a message to billing support it was gone for some hours, but then it came again after (worked for me 2 times)

I tried buying it from P4F and voila, it worked!

we have just buyed a new mac and its also not work on that mac
