Homestead. [Chapter 2.] - WeaponShark - 04-05-2012 11:18 PM We all rode in the troop transport. The most bulkiest, biggest, sturdiest, vehicle you've ever seen. " You alright man? " Jimmy said. He added quickly; " You seem quite lately.. " I shifted towards him. " I'm fine, its good, man. " I said. " Are you sure? Is it the Colonel " he replied. " The Colonel doesn't bother me, you know, he's just my authority. " I chuckled. " Hah, yeah, " Jimmy put in, then his head drifted to the right at Corporal, and they started a conversation. A rattling of bullets, and echoes of thunder screamed passed the cars, as a bullet zipped pass the middle of us, and the troop transport began to steer off-road. " Oh my God! " they all exclaimed, releasing words of swear. " DUCK DOWN PRIVATE, DUCK DOWN " the Seargent yelled, like a dragon. There was a burn in the truck tank, gasoline was pouring, we had no time to live. Jimmy gave a glance at me, fear was in his eyes. He looked back in terror and I clutched his arm and threw him out the back of the troop transport, and dove after him, hitting the dirt pavement. " WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT FOR ? " he shouted. " Saving your life ey, I saw the gasoline pour the tank. " Silence filled, as we heard the explosion from in back of us, and all the memories were shattered. __________________________________________ To Be Continued. RE: Homestead.
