You cannot delete a hero and the error apears there are 3 reason 1. Someone is playing on your account 2. You have no internet connection 3. this happens because your computer is new to the software so it will have to be updated

Special events like Easter, Halloween and christmas tend to share out unique items. E.G. this easter, they gave us 25 Eggs (they are explosives Smile
