Hello Heroes,

It seems some of you using the SMS payment method are having issues and we would like your help on gathering information so we can pass it onto the relevant people that can investigate what's happening and if there is an issue or whether it is simply a delay due to the holiday period.

If you are someone who is affected when using the SMS (Mobile Phone Texting) payment method then please reply here with the following information:

Time and Date you attempted a purchase -
Amount of Battlefunds purchased -
Country -
Payment Transaction ID (If there is one) -
Error Messages (If any) -

If you have attempted more than one payment then please separate them as they are counted as individual transactions.

India isnt getting any options.No offers error is showing up

i live on argentina, i used sms a lot of times :|

I have the same problem, I live in Argentina and whenever I select "to buy battlefunds" / "Boku"

he says to me: We're sorry, there are no offers available for your country at this moment. Please try again later or contact customer support for further information.

Amount of Battlefunds purchased - zero, as it won't let me
Country - Hungary
Payment Transaction ID (If there is one) - none
Error Messages (If any) - "Something went wrong. Please try again later, or contact our customer service"
Detailed Information - After selecting the desired ammount of battlefunds (1200 BF), accepting the License Agreement and pressing next, the following error message pops up: "Something went wrong. Please try again later, or contact our customer service".
nz is working it just says im sorry there are no offers to your country at this momentAngry
When I try to buy battlefunds and choose the amount of them no offer shows up for sms payment
Time and Date you attempted a purchase - Around 2 months ago.
Amount of Battlefunds purchased - 1200BFs (8 times that i bought none of them gave me BFs) $40 lost.

Error Messages (If any) - No error, just no reply response.

This is just 1 of my 4 tickets that were not asnwered.

ps: I would've buy a weapon (Max's Magnified MG) it was the deal of the day, but I've missed it... Thats why I would like to get a compensation of the required ammount of lost BattleFund
