Thats not stated in the rules!

Don't be so hard on that not so good like play on the given date and time or get 2 points/you just used 4v4 = 2 points etc..
If u rly want this tournament to succeed then let the teams decide more, for example let them have 3 days to finish the match and if both agree on 4v4 then it's ok..
