i got gimp and I'm attempting to make a splatter background........but when i select paintbrushes and go through them there is no "splatter" brush or "splatter" looking brush......how do u get the splatter brush

Just google for: Splatter brushes GIMP.
Download them and put them in your GIMP files in your program files (C-drive).
On the official GIMP site you can find out how to install them.

Look up "splatter brushes GIMP" and you should be able to find TONS. Look up on YouTube how to install a brush, it's quite simple.

Ah Yes ty chase.... Bring up my old tut. Pretty simple tut I have for a clipping mask, I think that is what you mean, amirite?
