I believe they plan to do missions based on these.. like "MarksmanII: Get 5 Headshot kills."
Possibly in the distant distant distant distant distant future. Although I'd prefer if they made more maps so that they could get started on the metagame project D:

Well there are already 3 maps in production, and we already know what one of them is (Midnight Mayhem).

Even missions don't give 250VP.

I was thinking more like 1-2vp. 1 for the easy ones ( headshot, post mortem, etc) and 2 for the hard ones. And maybe give First Strike/Last Strike more cus it can only be done once, maybe 5vp?
It'll make the moment more important to some (last kill already is). For those of you who played DotA you know how important/proud/happy people are when they get "First Blood" (they get additional gold) I think it would be cool to add the principle of that in this game.
(for the record we would not be "just" copying from one game to another, it's common especially in game making to implement something good/proven from an older game into a new one it's called learning) Oh while we're at it how about adding double kill,triple kill, etc?

Anyway but giving vp would/could probably seem too good of a reward(depending on who you ask).
A good sniper should head shot all the time anyways so a sniper could get 10-15vp per game for all his headshots (if you gave 1vp per headshot). Say that he wins and gets an additional 7vp making it around 17-22vp. Play 10 games and he gets a weapon for a day (or just 7 if he does the daily mission). Could it be abused? Say a 2vs2 game and both sides never take a flag (equal flags) let's say they are all friends and decide to take turns head shooting each other someone could get 50vp+7vp for the win, for a total of 57
So maybe cap it at 20vp or 15vp max vp rewards, thus making it harder/not worth the time to get vp doing that.

250VP missions are not that easy. try getting a straight aim in the passenger seet while the driver is driving like a maniac. Yes rewards a kinda high. But the more difficult the achievement, the higher the reward. ok headshot should get you 10 VP at least what you suggest, 1VP isn't gonna cut it. Easy achievement + dailymissions should be enough to maintain 2 weapons or widgets.
ok VP need to be adjusted, but would be a hella fun if you would get VP for this stuff, and I mean a proper amount VP.

I'm inclined to agree despite the fact i hate VP pricing, but 10% does kinda sound reasonable.

Many of these things i could do multiple, multiple times a game. Daredevil and wingclip ones 50 and 25 VP respectively, i do upwards of 5 times all up in my average game. Added with first and last kills, plus other random things and i could be earning upwards of 300 VP in a 5-10 minute game.

It was indeed the meta game that I wished we’d never announced. PS. I was asking about new 30 lvl features and metagame
I see something weird in Heroic Moment, especially in Airborne Assault.
In description, you just have to kill someone while you are being in mid-air. So, you just keep jumping to get Airborne Assault. It is easy to do and thus, Airborne Assault will become less heroic.
It could be better if Airborne Assault change to "you have to kill someone while you are being PARACHUTED.

You have to be in air for about a second for it to work.

Have you seen VP prices?? destroying a car while it's in mid-air? If you'll pull that off it deserves a big reward.
10VP per headshot kill kan give you +150 VP per round if you do real good considering 1 weapons costs 150VP a day and then some. Also you have to take change of occurrence in the equation. Giving a high reward for something will effect game-play, because a lot of people will go for the big ones. So there also a cause and effect to take in consideration. So everone will be parashooting to get rewards but then they'll become easy pray for snipers.. so parashooting will get higher rewards then shooting paratroopers.

So rewards needs tweaking, yeah I know. Like I said they are a bit on the high side. My point, for everyone to earn enough VP to maintain all the weapons and gadget/widgets/whateredges they want. Hopefully ubers as well, then everyone has an uber, and everyone will stfu about them, 'cause the playfield is level again.

So let's wait what devs come up with and THEN complain it's probably not enough.
