I'm actually not even going to buy any more funds. EVER. Not unless EA can show a little support of their active community and let us know that these issues are being resolved and not just ignored.
I simply refuse to buy funds if there is a chance of similar bugs in the future and EA refuses to actually solve the bugs and/or refund the funds which have been immorally and incorrectly removed from accounts. |

I wrote a nother message and FINALLY I got a useful answer!
"This is to inform you that I have check your account details the status is showing failed for all purchased items.It might been happened that you have been charged pre-authorisation charges but the amount reducted from your account will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days." Thanks! see you in 5-7 days! |
