Thats not the problem person with a lower-than-average I.Q. think before you post. Have been gettig this problem too, dont play anymore its killing my laptop.

This needs to be a top priority fix. I could play this game just fine up until about a month or two ago. Then this junk started.

I would gladly buy some more BF if I could actually play the game consistently without my CPU jumping to 100%. The game freezes for me every 10 seconds and stays that way for about 5 seconds....repeatedly. Unplayable.

I have had the same problems, have done everything to try to fix it, including reinstalling my whole computer to factory issues, and now once again, BFH doesnt even load. Does the whole loading process, then just disappears

go to task manager and close all bfh updaters and bfh.exe that should end that problem

Trust me I know about doing that, and it doesnt end the problem. I have been having issues with it freezing as well but there is no BFH up and still wont load. Thx for trying to help

Try to open up I.E. or Firefox by run as administrator.

It's a software/coding issue. ^

Oddly enough, I've not been hitting 99% much, but I have had a nice 1500k memory usage, tons of crashes, all the usual stuff. It's really playing havoc with my computer to the extent that I don't really want to risk playing this game much more.

Tryed playing today again seems that the problem is not as much as before but still bad. Fingers crossed the pte thing contains a fix
